How commission is calculated
Commission is calculated on the order amount actually paid, after any coupon discount — currently 20% per order, set by LeenaLab and shown in your dashboard.
Automatic tracking
Commissions are recorded automatically the moment a referred customer's order is marked paid — no manual reporting needed on your end.
Payouts
Payouts are handled manually: once your approved balance reaches $25, contact us to request payment. There's no automatic payout integration yet — see the contact page.
Fair use
Self-referrals, fraudulent signups, and referrals that result in a refunded order will have their commission voided. That's the only thing that can ever reduce a recorded commission.
Changes going forward
The commission rate and minimum payout may change going forward — any change applies to future orders only, never to commissions already recorded.

Do I need to be a customer to become an affiliate?
No — anyone with a LeenaLab account can refer people, whether or not they've bought anything themselves.
How long does a referral stay credited to me?
Once someone signs up through your link, that link is remembered for their account — any order they place afterward counts toward your commission, not just their first purchase.
What happens if my referral gets a refund?
The commission for that specific order is voided. Nothing else in your balance is affected.
Can I see my earnings in real time?
Yes — your affiliate dashboard shows every referral, every order, and every commission as it's recorded. Pending commissions move to approved once the refund window passes.
How do I actually get paid?
Once your approved balance clears the minimum payout, reach out through the contact page and payment is arranged manually — there's no automatic payout system yet, so a quick message is what kicks it off.
