These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of leenalab.com, the LeenaLab platform, addon marketplace, and any freelance development services provided by LeenaLab. By creating an account, purchasing an addon, subscribing to a service, or hiring us for custom work, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
2. The LeenaLab platform
LeenaLab provides tools for building and running your own online store. You retain ownership of your store's content and customer data. We reserve the right to suspend stores that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or sell prohibited goods.
3. Addons and licensing
- Each addon purchase issues a license key bound to a single domain, unless otherwise stated on the addon's listing.
- Licenses are non-transferable between domains without contacting support.
- Subscription-based addons bill automatically on the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your dashboard — access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Reverse engineering, redistributing, or reselling an addon outside its license terms is prohibited.
4. Custom development & freelance services
Custom addon requests, Shopify/WooCommerce/Etsy/eBay store setups, integrations, and other freelance work are quoted individually. A quote is not a guarantee of final price if the requested scope changes materially after work begins — we'll always confirm any change in scope with you first.
5. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy or NOWPayments. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method for the amount shown at checkout, including recurring charges for active subscriptions.
6. Coupons and promotions
Discount codes are subject to the terms shown at the time of use (expiry date, usage limits, minimum order value where applicable) and may be modified or withdrawn at our discretion.
7. Affiliate program
Users who refer new customers via their referral link may earn a commission on the referred customer's paid orders, at the rate published in your affiliate dashboard at the time of the sale. Commissions are reviewed before payout and may be voided in cases of fraud, refunds, or abuse of the referral system (including self-referrals).
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use LeenaLab or any addon to: violate any law; infringe on intellectual property; distribute malware; or engage in activity that disrupts the platform for other users.
9. Intellectual property
LeenaLab, its logo, and the addons we develop remain our intellectual property (or that of our licensors) except where explicitly transferred in a custom development agreement. Purchasing an addon grants you a license to use it — not ownership of the underlying code.
10. Limitation of liability
LeenaLab is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, an addon, or our services, including lost profits or lost data.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of LeenaLab after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
